By Saturday, September 27, the CRP and the Acupaparque de la Caña have joined Cali Valle Bureau and other trade unions for the celebration of the World Tourism Day.
The day of activities for this year will be organized from the theme "tourism and sustainable transformation," visibilizing the tourist offer of the department from a biodiverse look that seeks to promote environmental care and conservation.
- Bird watching - starting time 6: 00 am
In the aquaparque wetland of the cane, classified as dry warm forest, the 38 species of birds can be observed, with 389 sightings. For this activity, the registered attendees will be provided with binoculars.
- Opening Fair - starting time 9: 00 am
There will be a varied exhibition and sample of 30 authentic and sustainable tourism initiatives of nature of the Valle del Cauca.
- Tour tour - starting time 9: 00 am
This free activity for registered attendees will begin their first tour from the Acuaparque de la Caña at 9: 00 in the morning with a limited quota of 120 people.
- Green Guardians - starting time 2: 00 pm
This day for the planting of ornamental plants, with the motto "children sow, the earth thanks," is part of the free activities, in which children will have the opportunity to share and enjoy this space while learning.
- Musical presentation - starting time 3: 00 pm
The great show will be in charge of the National Police orchestra.
- Dance classes - starting time 4: 00 pm

- Rumba in the Old Library - starting time 3: 00 pm
The closure of World Tourism Day will be in the traditional Old Library of the Aquaparque de la Caña, with its varied musical programming and free entrance.
