CARF

It is a Centre for Condition and Physical Recovery, opened in December 2024 in the Aquaparque de la Caña.

Where a physical assessment is made to each person and in accordance with its objectives, be it physical conditioning, physical or sports rehabilitation and / or sports performance. According to that initial idea, a work plan is developed to run hand in hand with our professionals.

The CARF methodology is particularly based on individual movements, for that reason we cannot consider CARF as a gym.
